We also know that the vast majority of filter cartridges are not changed in a timely manner, thus rendering the filter useless… or worse – causing damage to equipment and needless service calls for cleaning or changing clogged filters. Return Policy Only items purchased from Changeyourfilters.com may be returned. All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA number) issued by Changeyourfilters.com in order to be processed. Changeyourfilters.com must be contacted for an Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days from receipt of shipment. RA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Unless it is the error of Changeyourfilters.com, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns. All returns must be shipped with freight charges pre-paid by customer within 7 days from issuance of RA number. Items must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund.
